The Richard Mille RM27-02 is a sports tourbillon watch, featuring an ultra-light case and exceptional stability to withstand the immense acceleration of a ball. Its striking, stylish design is both stylish and dynamic, incorporating innovative materials, classic, sleek lines, and intricate tourbillon craftsmanship. Inspired by racing car chassis, Richard Mille integrated the movement's skeletonized mainplate into the case, significantly enhancing its impact resistance. To further enhance the watch's lightness, Richard Mille used ultra-light carbon fiber for the case, resulting in a watch that weighs as little as a sheet of tissue paper and exhibits the rugged texture of Damascus steel.
The structure of the entire movement can be clearly seen through the blue sapphire crystal. The movement base is made of carbon fiber material. The movement base and the case are integrated into one. There is a floating tourbillon at 6 o'clock and Richard Mille's unique fast-rotating barrel at 12 o'clock, which can provide up to 52 hours of power storage and increase the kinetic energy efficiency by 20% when it is first wound.
The black carbon bezel is fixed to the case with 12 grade 5 titanium screws, paired with a red strap and a red crown. In order to improve readability, the ends of the hour and minute hands are also emphasized with bright luminous white.
