The hobnail pattern is a Patek Philippe classic, revisited in the 2005 Calatrava Hobnail Ref. 6119. Furthermore, the designers developed a special case construction that seamlessly integrates the lugs with the caseback, allowing the hobnail pattern to fully cover the case sides. The case is molded from the original, and the design is perfectly shaped to fit the original.
Dial: The charcoal gray dial exudes a vintage charm, with a black gradient effect around the edges. The subtle graining is reminiscent of antique camera casings. The dial features white gold applied numerals with beige luminescent coating and a discreet railroad-style seconds scale.
